The
Conventual Franciscan Friars are a worldwide community of brothers and
priests who follow the Gospel of Jesus Christ in the spirit of their founder
St. Francis of Assisi. Franciscan Friars continually strive to grow in
their relationship with Jesus through a life of prayer, ministry, and
by inviting Jesus to be with them through their life's journey. As a religious
order within the Roman Catholic Church, vows of poverty, chastity and
obedience are embraced by all Franciscan Friars.
