St. Anthony of Padua Province, USA
We, the Conventual Franciscan Friars of
St. Anthony of Padua Province, USA
are called by God to live the Gospel of Jesus Christ
through a vowed commitment to fraternal life
and to service in the Church following the
example of St. Francis of Assisi.
In a joyful spirit of prayer, compassion,
simplicity, and hospitality, we desire
to live the Good News both within our fraternity
and with all the People of God.
We seek to fulfill our mission through
a sharing of responsibility and a collegial approach
to decision-making with each other
and with those we serve.
Inspired by the trust in God of our predecessors
and building upon their accomplishments
we respond to the present and emerging concerns
of the Church and society with an
increasing outreach to those in need.
