St. Hyacinth College & Seminary Transcripts

The academic records of St. Hyacinth College & Seminary are maintained in the archives of the Franciscan Friars Provincial House in Ellicott City, MD. The Province Secretary functions as the ex officio "registrar" of these records.

To obtain a transcript of academic records, former students and alumni of St. Hyacinth must submit a Transcript Request Form.  The form may be faxed to the Provincial Administration Offices to begin the process, but the transcript will only be released upon receipt of the signed original of the form.
